This project was  started in the year 1999 at Tekulasomaram Village, Valigonda Mandal, Nalgonda Dist., At present there are 66 students are under going training in special education and vocational training. All these students were trained by well experienced clinical team and professionals. Utmost importance given to develop primary skills such as drinking, eating, toileting, dressing and also giving training in doing things independently by themselves.

Apart from special education services, vocational training was also provided for the adult retard students in making of phenyl, Leaf cup making, greeting cards horticulture, vegetable and fruit gardening etc. we train our students in gardening and tailoring etc.

The institute provides need based multi disciplinary intervention programme including age appropriate Special education, Vocational training to the persons with special needs so that the person develops to the optimum levels of the individual potential in all the domains of learning such as sensory motor, personal, social, cognitive, communication, academic and occupational.
